Sourdough Bread

Sourdough is made with only three ingredients (flour, water and salt). Made with a ‘starter’ a fermented flour and water mixture this produces a flavorful and full-bodied loaf with a slightly chewy texture. The dough is fermented nearly 24 hours before baking to create a great flavor.

Artisan Country Loaf

$8.50 This is our classic sourdough which has a nice cust with a soft fluffy crumb.

Cheddar & Jalapeno 

$10.50 This loaf has the perfect blend of spice and cheese. Great for grilled cheese, soups and an added flavor to your sandwhiches.

Rosemary 

$10.50 Our savory loaf with farm grown rosemary.

Garlic Butter

$10.50 Twist on traditional garlic bread.

Farmers Choice

$10.50 Farmers choice bread is our flavor of the week. Each week we have new flavors. Flavors range from sweet, savory to spicy.

Do I pay now?

Yes, all orders are pre-paid. Todd will deliver to Urban on Wednesdays. ** Note that when ordering Microgreens you will get them 2 weeks after you order unless Marcia has extras after her weekly harvest to fill your order. 

Can I order different flavors?

Artisan, Cheddar & Jalapeno, Cheddar & Bacon, Rosemary and Country Rye are our staple weekly breads.

Farmers Choice Bread is our weekly flavored bread. Bread flavor changes weekly.

I missed the order cut off, now what?

Text your request to Marcia at 920-979-9390 and I’ll see what I can do. Can’t promise that late orders will be filled but I will do my best.
